I am alerted by email that I have a service needed soon for my BMW X5. I am able to schedule the vehicle when it is convenient for me. It is ready when I arrive and all service handled. The estimate is spot on to the bill and I am advised of future service needed so I can plan. I LOVE THIS SHOP!
Great customer service and they seem very honest. I felt very comfortable from when I spoke to them on the phone till when I picked up my car. This is rare to find a auto shop where they are patient and will give you exceptional customer service. Their price also beat local shops which is a big +! Will be coming back for sure.
